Logbook is available free of charge for up to 30 audio recordings, known as "credits". To subscribe to the paid version, or to put us in touch with any other player wishing to finance one or more licenses, please contact us! We offer special services for the purchase of large volumes of licenses.

- Create an account and log in
- Click on "Create my first class"
- Fill in the key information (class name, level).
- To add the list of students, simply copy and paste from a Word or Excel file, with the students' names in upper case and their first names in lower case.
That's it, your class is created. You can now add as many students as you need.

To share your assessment with your students, you can :
- Choose what you want to share (grading, points to remember, audio, etc.)
- Print a QR code (along with a written summary if you wish), which they can scan directly with a phone or tablet
- Share their online identification keys with them by e-mail, ENT, LMS or other means of communication.

Logbook can be integrated directly with the tools you use, for even greater simplicity. To find out more, contact us!

- Select the class concerned
- Simply click on the student in question
- Observe the graphs corresponding to his/her averages, and the acquisition of skills assessment after assessment
- Find a qualitative summary of all your comments on his/her strengths and areas for improvement.

When the basic account is created, 30 credits are offered to the teacher.
Once these 30 credits have been used up, you need to subscribe to the Prof+ package to continue using the platform. To do so, please contact us!

Excel exports make it easy to share information between Logbook and any other tool (ENT, LMS, etc.).

Since its creation, Logbook has given priority to protecting the data of its users, both teachers and students. For example, all data is encrypted and stored in Europe. Users can ask for their data to be deleted at any time. - Create a basic account
- Go to the "my account" section
- Enter the code you received in the "my subscription" section
- Refresh the page, and your version is updated!

Create an account and log in
- Create your first class
- Click on create your first assessment, and enter the key information (assessment name, date, type of assessment, etc.).
- Choose the criteria on which you will be assessing.
You can save them for the selected evaluation type, so that they appear automatically next time.
Logbook will use these criteria to structure the summary and pre-score the student.
- Record your comments for each student.
- You'll then be presented with a summary and pre-scoring. You can modify it as you wish before saving.
- Qualitative and quantitative summaries are updated in real time.

Logbook can be accessed on laptop, computer or tablet, and on all browsers.

For the time being, logbook can only be used online.
